Items not being added back to Watchlist after Relist

Has anyone had this issue?

I have relisted around 200 items this week. The majority of these had been watchlisted. After relisting, the watchlists have gone to zero.

Normally when an item is relisted, it automatically gets added back onto previous watchers watchlists.
