Shipping timeframes
To align with our Code of conduct, sellers agree to send their items as soon as possible, and within a week of getting the payment and the delivery address.
If you don't think the seller has shipped your item, follow-up by email. They may need your delivery address.
Courier delays
Couriers can sometimes experience delays due to staff illness, bad weather, and other situations out of their control. Check the courier company's website to see if there are nation-wide delays.
