Completely close the app, reopen it
Completely close the app, and then open it again. This is different from just leaving the app.
Check your internet connection
You need a strong internet connection to use the Trade Me apps. If your connect is slow try:
- Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If you have both, try turning one off and using the other.
- Restarting your modem or router. If you're on Wi-Fi, unplug your modem and router for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Wait a few minutes for them to fully turn on.
Turn off your VPN
Trade Me apps don't work well with VPNs (Virtual Private Networks). If you use a VPN, turn it off before you open the Trade Me app.
