Unknown charges

If you don't recognise a charge made to your bank account or credit card, check the following:

  1. Trade Me account – view the last 2,000 transactions via 'My Trade Me'.

  2. Ping account – view all transactions via 'Manage Ping'.

  3. Won items – view all purchased items from the past 45 days.

  4. Check who might have your card or bank details – ask around your household and friends/family to see if anyone may have used your card by mistake.
