Reporting abuse or inappropriate behaviour
We're dedicated to providing a safe trading environment for our members. This covers stuff onsite, and offsite while completing a trade.
Behaviour we won't tolerate
As a general rule, don't be a dick and treat others the way you'd like to be treated.
The following, of any kind, won't be tolerated:
- Swearing
- Abuse
- Personal attacks
- Discrimination
- Threats
- Harassment
- Trolling (sending messages with the sole purpose of causing trouble or inciting an emotional response from others)
Reporting abuse or inappropriate behaviour
If you think you might be in immediate danger, call 111.
If a trade has gotten out of hand and you feel the communication is inappropriate, report it to us directly.
We recommend taking complaints to the police. Netsafe are the approved agency for looking into these kinds of complaints and we also recommend contacting them so they can do their own investigation.
