If they haven't sent their delivery address via the site, send the buyer a message. You'll also find their email address on your 'Sold' page. We expect contact to be replied to within two working days.
Setting up automated payment instructions saves time. These include your bank account details and other information you'd like to share with all your buyers. To set this up, select 'Payment Instructions' from My Trade Me.
