Once you've made a sale, we'll send you the buyer's email address so you can make contact with each other to complete the trade.
If they haven't sent their delivery address via the site, just pop the buyer a quick message to remind them. If needed, you'll also find their email address on your 'Sold' page (if you don't have it handy). We'd expect contact to be replied to within two working days.
It's a good idea to set up automated payment instructions. These usually include your bank account details and any other information you'd like to share with all your buyers. To set this up, click the 'Payment Instructions' link on your My Trade Me page.
You can choose for your payment instructions to be sent automatically when the listing is sold. This saves you time and the buyer can pay you sooner (win-win!). Just tick the box when creating your listing. You can receive an email copy of these details so you can keep track of exactly what the buyer is sent.
If you prefer, you can send your payment instructions manually from your 'Sold' page.
