Shipping options

Clear shipping options on your listing helps the payment transaction go as smooth as possible.

If you're having issues with shipping, we can help.

If the reserve hasn't been met sellers can edit, or add, shipping options.

Pick up options

  • Buyer must pick up
  • Buyer has the option to pick up
  • No pick-up

Standard shipping options

You can enter shipping costs for:

  • standard post
  • Track & Trace
  • rural options

Shipping rates will show on the listing, and be sent to the buyer as soon as the listing is won.

Free shipping

Buyers are able to filter search results by free shipping only.

Book a courier

Book a courier can be used to get door-to-door delivery rates for your item. 

Combined shipping

Tradevine and My Products sellers can create a listing or price threshold across all or some of their listings. If the buyer reaches that threshold, and purchases the listings through the Shopping Cart, they will be eligible for combined shipping.

Listings must have Buy Now with Pay Now or Ping as a payment option. 

‘Pick up only’ listings can’t be included in combined shipping.

Shipping transparency 

Shipping transparency displays shipping costs and expected delivery times to a buyer’s preferred shipping location, in search results.

These are always estimates – if an item doesn’t arrive within the estimated time frame, reach out to the seller.

We’re rolling out the option to include shipping transparency on a listing, slowly to our in-trade sellers – starting on our apps. 

Buyers will start to notice shipping transparency displayed over the next few months. We’ll be contacting in-trade sellers directly when they’re eligible for shipping transparency.

Shipping estimates for rural and Australia delivery locations are not currently supported.
