We want to know if:
- you haven’t heard from the seller
- you haven’t received the item/service
- you’ve received the item/service and it was faulty
- you’ve received the item/service and it’s not as described.
Get in touch with us, and we’ll work with you and the seller to try and resolve the issue.
By submitting a dispute about a trade, you agree to us contacting the seller on your behalf. Depending on the nature of your dispute, you may be copied into the initial correspondence.
Trade Me doesn’t have the legal standing to force the seller to complete the trade. If you believe the trade should go ahead – reach out to the Disputes Tribunal for help.
