Problems communicating with the seller

We expect contact within two working days, and payment within a week from purchase.

Here are some tips to keep a trade running smoothly with the seller:

  1. Check your junk or spam folder in case emails are hiding there.
  2. Ensure you're using their correct email address. This can be found from your 'Won' page.
  3. Send through your contact number so the seller has another way of contacting you.
  4. Sometimes spam filters block emails automatically, be sure to check your email settings to make sure nothing has slipped through.
