Problems communicating with the seller

We expect contact within two working days, and payment within a week.

Here are some tips to keep the trade running smoothly:

  • Take a look at your junk or spam folder in case emails are hiding there.
  • Check that you're using their correct email address. This can be found from your 'Won' page.
  • Send through your contact number so the seller can have another way of contacting you.
  • Sometimes spam filters block emails automatically, be sure to check your email settings to make sure nothing has slipped through.
