Saved payment methods

We'll show you how to change or add your payment details, and how to remove any saved details.

Payment methods that can be used and saved with Ping:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Q Mastercard

 

Add a payment method

1. Go to My Trade Me.
2. Select Manage Ping under 'My balances'.
3. Select Credit or debit card credit-card-add under 'Payment methods'.
4. Enter your details and select Add.

1. Go to 'My Trade Me' profile-framed and select Profile & Account profile-framed.
2. Select Manage Ping under 'Balances'.
3. Select Payment methods credit-card.
4. Select Credit or debit card credit-card-add under 'Add a new payment method'.
5. Follow the prompts and select Done to confirm.

5. Follow the prompts and select Done to confirm.

Delete a payment method

1. Go to 'My Trade Me'.
2. Select Manage Ping under 'My balances'.
3. Select the options menu (), then selectDeleteunder 'Payment methods'.

1. Go to 'My Trade Me' profile-framed and select Profile & Account profile-framed.
2. Select Manage Ping.
3. Select Payment methods credit-card.
4. Select Edit, where you'll have the option to delete your saved details.
