Saved payment methods

The following payment methods can be used and saved with Ping:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Q-Card
  • NZ bank account (direct debit)

 

Add a payment method

Credit or debit card

  1. Head to ‘My Trade Me.
  2. Under 'My balances', select ‘Manage Ping’.
  3. Under 'Payment methods', select 'Credit or debit card' credit-card-add.
  4. Enter your details and select ‘Save’.
  1. Go to ‘My Trade Me’ profile-framed and select Profile & Account’ profile-framed.
  2. Select ‘Manage Ping’ under ‘Balances’.
  3. Select ‘Payment methods’ credit-card.
  4. Select ‘Credit or debit card’ credit-card-add under 'Add a new payment method'.
  5. Follow the prompts and select 'Done' to confirm. 
  1. Go to ‘My Trade Me’ profile-framed and select Profile & Account’ profile-framed.
  2. Select ‘Manage Ping’ under ‘Balances’.
  3. Select ‘Payment methods’ credit-card.
  4. Select ‘Credit or debit card’ credit-card-add under 'Add a new payment method'.
  5. Follow the prompts and select 'Done' to confirm. 

NZ bank account

  1. Head to ‘My Trade Me.
  2. Under 'My balances', select ‘Manage Ping’.
  3. Under 'Payment methods', select 'Bank account' bank-account-plus.
  4. Enter your details and select ‘Add’.
  1. Go to ‘My Trade Me’ profile-framed and select Profile & Account’ profile-framed.
  2. Select ‘Manage Ping’ under ‘Balances’.
  3. Select ‘Payment methods’ credit-card.
  4. Select ‘Credit or debit card’ credit-card-add under 'Add a new payment method'.
  5. Follow the prompts and select 'Done' to confirm. 
  1. Go to ‘My Trade Me’ profile-framed and select Profile & Account’ profile-framed.
  2. Select ‘Manage Ping’ under ‘Balances’.
  3. Select ‘Payment methods’ credit-card.
  4. Select ‘Credit or debit card’ credit-card-add under 'Add a new payment method'.
  5. Follow the prompts and select 'Done' to confirm. 

Delete a saved payment method

  1. Head to ‘My Trade Me.
  2. Under 'My balances', select ‘Manage Ping’.
  3. Under 'Payment methods', select the options menu (), then select 'Delete' bin.
  1. Go to ‘My Trade Me’ profile-framed and select 'Profile & Account’ profile-framed.
  2. Select 'Manage Ping'.
  3. Select ‘Payment methods’ credit-card.
  4. Select 'Edit', where you'll have the option to delete your saved details.
  1. Go to ‘My Trade Me’ profile-framed and select 'Profile & Account’ profile-framed.
  2. Select 'Manage Ping'.
  3. Select ‘Payment methods’ credit-card.
  4. Select 'Edit', where you'll have the option to delete your saved details.
