GTA 6 + PlayStation 5 Social Giveaway Terms and conditions
1. Acceptance of these terms & conditions: The GTA 6 and PlayStation 5 giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by Trade Me Limited (“Trade Me”). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not enter and you are not eligible to redeem the Prize. Trade Me reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without notice to you.
2. Eligibility: Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who (i) are 18 years and over. Directors and employees of Trade Me, its related bodies corporate and any agencies or companies associated with Trade Me or the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter: To enter to win, you must follow our Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account, ‘like’ the post on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, and ‘tag a friend’ in the comment section on the Facebook, Instagram or TikTok post (an “Eligible Post”) before 11:59pm Sunday 18 October.
4. Prize: The winner (“Winner”) will receive a Grand Theft Auto VI pre-order (Code in Box) and a PlayStation 5 Slim 1TB Console and Controller. The Prize will be couriered to a nominated address. There will be one winner.
5. Winner notification and announcement: Trade Me will select a Winner and notify them by replying to their ‘comment’ on the eligible Giveaway post on Trade Me’s Facebook, Instagram or TikTok page. Trade Me reserves the right to select another winner if the initial winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification. Trade Me’s decision regarding the Winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Publicity: Entrants agree that their name, and a description of their Prize may be published on Trade Me’s social media, within email marketing or on Trade Me’s websites.
7. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Me shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by any Prize winner resulting from their use of the Prize (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages). Trade Me’s liability to any entrant or Prize winner will be limited in any circumstances to a maximum for all claims up to the value of the Prize.
8. Other terms: The Trade Me terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) apply with all necessary modification to this Agreement.
9. Privacy Act: Trade Me will collect and hold personal information such as name and email address in order to notify you if you win, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Facebook: The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from any liability associated with the Giveaway or the Prize.
