Is pick-up available
To see if a listing has pick-up available:
- Go to the listing page.
- Scroll down to the ‘Shipping & pick-up options’ section.
If pick-up is available, you’ll also see the pick-up location.
Sellers choose whether pick-up is available when they create a listing. If pick-up isn’t available, you can’t collect the item in person and you’ll need to select a shipping option instead.
If you have any questions about pick-up on a listing, ask the seller directly through the Questions and Answers section on the listing page.
Pick-up location
If pick-up is available, you’ll see the seller’s closest region and district as the general pick-up location.
After you complete your order or win the listing, the seller will let
you
know the specific pick-up address.
As a seller, you can’t change the pick-up location after your listing is live. If you need to make a change, update your selling location and relist the item.
