Recently sold an item, but its not showing up when I view it from the desktop. I can only view it on mobile, and it wont let me click on the buyer. Its got a really unusual reference number KP-1**1. I've never seen a reference number like that before. Anyone come across this before? Very difficult as I cant view the buyers details via desktop. I have to view it on mobile.   

Some of my auctions wont let me specify the shipping descriptions. Doesn't seem to be related to category, but with some of my auctions it wont let me write a description for the shipping. It comes with pre-set descriptions and wont even let me delete or modify this. Im trying to add a 0 shipping cost for combined shipping. Anyone know how to get around this?
