I've just had the same issue (duplication) and only found out about it once my 3!! auctions for the same item had expired without a sale. Mine occurred I think from a problem I'm still having with some listings - I'll type in the title, then go to the category and once I select a category my page just 'resets' and my title disappears! I've then reentered the title and started again but this time I'm actually working on the 2nd duplicate .... and it occurs again and I find I'm working on a 3rd duplicate copy.
