    I've had this problem too. Spent quite a bit of time on the phone to a real person at Trade Me, who seemed to think the issue I was having was a one-off.... but clearly it's not. The only way I've been able to get around this is to now list everything using "My Products"... this was something unknown and therefore, scary to me, but Ive been using my products for a couple of weeks now and it's actually better than the old way of relisting my expired listings :)

    Is anyone at trade Me doing anything to fix this issue? It's been three days with no update on when it will be resolved.

    A bit of a laugh for your Wednesday morning...  The buyer ended up buying and paying by Ping before I replied to her question about trying the dress on. I emailed and said welcome to view, not comfortable with her trying on in the house. When she turned up, she insisted on trying the dress on -  in the garden! Then asked for a mirror to be brought out so she could look at herself! I relented and said she could come inside, but she was adamant that the mirror be brought out to her. It was the most awkward trade I've ever completed

    Hello, I just want reassurance that I'm not being unreasonable. I am selling a ball gown for <$150, with a lot of photos and as many measurements as I can think of on the listing. Someone contacted me a few weeks ago wanting to view it before buying. I told her that she should "buy now" and then come to view, and if she didn't like the dress, I wouldn't hold her to going through with the trade. I don't want to put my contact details on a listing as this is against TM T & C, and for privacy reasons. I heard nothing further, have been relisting the item each week, and last night the same pers...

    Turns out that Announcements are not emailed to trade me members, as per the chat I just had : Hi Rebecca, sorry about this we don't actually send out notifications for announcements on the Community page, it's just a spot to check up in every now and again to see about any updates. Thats a good suggestion though, I'll pass this onto by team about maybe looking into it as an option to get community posts and announcements a notification

    Thanks Gary. I have all of the options ticked, but none of them appear to be related to announcements. Maybe it's an "In Trade" thing.

    Great news!! I just came here to see what was going on, as my rates are calculating differently to what they were last week. Out of interest, how do you get these emails from Trade Me? I never receive any about important announcements - only random emails like "the kindness store" which are of no interest to me at all.
