Kia ora! I sold an item a couple of weeks ago. The buyer was unhappy and wanted to return it (they assumed that it had a feature which it didn't.) Anyway, I gave him a refund minus shipping cost, since I am quite confident the item is as listed. As far as I knew, the buyer was happy with it and no feedback had been left. Today, I received this email I just wonder what the next steps are from here - I would like to submit a response to this but I am not given the opportunity. I've tried to get in touch with Trade Me but I am finding no one replies to me via live chat - I'm not keen for a lo...

Recently, (more than usual,) I've found that my listings rank significantly lower than other similar listings in search rankings. Even if I temporarily use the *exact* same category, description, price and everything as a random listing above me, nothing changes (I change it back, don't worry.) I rank far higher feedback wise than those other random listings, so that can't be a reason, and my shipping prices are cheaper. I swear it didn't use to be this hard to achieve half-decent search ranking. Does trade me shadow ban people - that's the only explanation I could think of.

Kia ora koutou, Today I had an auction sell, and in addition to fulfilling the auction, I would like to send out an FPO for the multi quantity listing. Normally, I do this by clicking send under the auction I want to send the FPO for:   For some reason, when I try to do this now, it says "N/A" instead - how can I get around this?

Hi all, I've got a few trade me listings which I want to get higher in the search results. I've spent a lot of time messing around with the titles and descriptions, but it hasn't really done anything. I have already tried upgrading the listing, but this hasn't done anything.  What's the best way to get it higher in the results?
