so, if TM knows there is a bug at play, why don't they write that as an announcement? and not as usual once it's sorted... That way I would have paused trying endless various ways, to ascertain that it's not me who does something wrong... Sigh!

and if you mean, the Aramax are the box options, I have only Courier Post available in our area.

Same problem for me. Had contacted TM and was told the box options were underneath the bag sizes and didn't contain the word bag... However when I try there is nothing underneath at all

and what do I do if a buyer messages me  on this new system, but having only a PC, I never receive those??? Buyers aren't aware that some people will never get their messages.
