Possible https://thedoylestonshed.nz/about-us/ . Does lasercut models. Cheers
I agree that shipping costs are a pain but I also offer pickup, generally sell recycled/secondhand items, but looks, watchlist and sales numbers are way down. I think people have just fallen out of love with TM as there are lots of other choices these days. Example. Selling recycled red bricks - on TM for 6 weeks and NOT one sale. Advertised on FB market place 5 sales in 3 weeks. Same advert, same price.
Received an email, in part saying "Trade Me has partnered with Perceptive, an independent research agency, to better understand the needs of their professional seller community. As a valued member of this community, we would like to invite you to participate in the survey that will help inform improvements to Trade Me's service. " and a link to click on to begin the survey. Links go to Perceptive Research not TM Is this legit or a scam? as I have read nothing on TM about this

Check out Bidbud where you can add a limiter to prevent bidders under a certain feedback % (that you choose) from bidding on your auctions. Sorts the wheat from the chaff quite nicely.
Cheers. This is what shows on the TM sold page (I generally do everything from BB). Do you reckon the "," could be causing the problem in those fields? Selected Shipping Md NZ Wide PTP Courier Bag Tracked No Rural Delivery Address , , Delivery Instructions Please leave in front porch if not at home. Thank you
Hi. Anyone else having problems getting truncated address info from buyers. As per below is all I have received for the last 3 sales - Ive added the ** ;) Possibly an error by buyer but I rang one and was told they thought it had been sent atomatically by TM. Totally agree with your sentiments. Having had a similar problem, all my auctions now state that if not collected within 5 days of pickup instructions being sent, item is left at their risk. Generally give another 3 days and then advise will be donated to local Op shop if not collected by particular date (and thank them for the donation). As long as you are up front in the auction i see no problem with strict rules. After all we are not FB market place ;)
Won an auction for a stamp album at 46c below what my max bid would have been. Paid winning bid and postage that night ($33.65 total). 2 days later am told item sent but cost more to send than advertised and would I mind paying an extra $9 to help out. This is from an In Trade seller. I waited till I recieved item and found that the bag used was about 1.5 times larger than the album and if the bag had been folded tight, to the smallest size to wrap the album, there would have been no need to pay extra NZ Post postage costs. I will not be helping out for what I consider lazyiness in packagin...
I only ever use PTP couriers. Only 3 sizes to choose from with a max of 25kg on each, no calculating volumetric etc. Small bag will often take 2 books at $6.45 nz wide and $5.30 local bag included. I just sort bag size when listing so no surprises. All repeat info is saved on site and TM is integrated so it takes about 3 clicks start to finish. :)
