I'm not happy that a purchaser ignored my request to make payment in cash or directly to my bank account and instead used ping.  I don't use ping and have no desire to use it as there appear to be issues with it.  So my question is how does refunding work?  Have not heard from Trade Me either.  I am more than happy to cancel the whole transaction because of this issue as the purchaser also needs to pay me for courier too to a rural delivery.
