Hi. Before the changes to TM you used to see all your auctions & had a drop down box that allowed you to view questions.Its gone now so unless I go in to each auction, I can see which auctions have questions. How do I find buyers questions as Im not going to click into each auction to find them. Im missing questions which I dont realise have been asked until the auctions have closed & I go to relist. It freaking annoying. How do you find questions. I hate this new site format. Its not helpful or better.

I recently listed some auctions after a bit of a break. You used to be able to use the drop down box to see if you had questions but that doesnt appear to be available anymore. How do you check if any of your auctions have questions without having to check each auction?  I dont like the new formatting & layout. The customer service is almost non exitance e.g. person to person. Tried to resolve an issue with a buyer and there is no phone number, the email appears to be automated and takes days and then they dont answer the question properly, just what they chose to answer.
