    Goodness, this is all useful stuff.  I think it's clarified in my mind, that I'll just stick with Shopify and NOT use any other packages. Yes, I'll lose 20% of sales instantly with no Tradevine - but I'm hoping that all the extra time I will have not having to deal with Tradevine and it's associated issues, I can use in building up the website sales. I have a plan that in 4-5 years time I will sell the business and I think the less complex the business is - the better, both for me over the next few years and new buyer.  Thanks for everyone's contribution - it's very useful to "non-techy" pe...

    Just looked at the costs for Zoho - $0 if there are 50 or less orders per month.  AUS$89 if between 50-1500 orders per month.   Would we still have to have Tradevine at $125 per month???

    I spent around 1 hour 45 mins yesterday on a chat with a helpdesk person from Shopify.  I had to explain what Tradevine was of course, as they had never heard of it.  Several screenshots and file downloads later, he had the full picture and spent sometime getting an answer from backroom "specialists".  When he came back to me he confirmed that yes, it was no longer being supported and the time frame of 30 June was correct.  He said the ONLY solution was to get some sort of third party software working to link the two.  He sent me 10 options to do this - all looked hideously complicated and ...

    Has anyone had contact with Tradevine helpdesk about Tradevine/shopify integration finishing on 30 June?  I have filled in the form Tradevine sent to us on 30 March advising "if you're currently using Shopify integration and need help creating a custom app, fill out this form" - I've heard nothing.  Also emailed them on 30th March and again on 31 March pleading for help.  Today is 16 April and I've heard NOTHING from them.  Has anyone had any response from Tradevine on this.  And yes, I have also tried their helpdesk 0800 number - that doesn't seem to be working either.  My entire business ...
