We purchased a lamp which stated "can be rotated 360, the bracket can be adjusted by 180."Once received and set up we found it could only be set at certain angles otherwise it would fall over due the the base not being big enough or heavy enough. After complaining they sent us videos about what angles the lamp could be used in.  We decided to keep the lamp, as we found a work around, and posted a negative feedback due to the misleading listing description.  Now they keep emailing us trying to make us take a refund in exchange for changing the negative feedback.I've told them three times we'...

I had a buyer ask me to post a feedback for them "upon payment is trade me policy" and that this is in the Ts n Cs, but I just can't find anything anywhere about when we should post feedbacks.  In the past we've always waited until the goods have been received and the buyer is happy to post feedback.
