Stoopid Trademe is stopping me from asking a technical question on a battery listsing Here's the actual attempted question after changing numbers to words, it still fails to post.

I've used the $2000 buy now on a listing which seemed legit. However the trader has not posted any feedback since 2017, although the TM site says they last logged in on 6 Dec.   I replied to the sale notification email which went to an email account at xtra.co.nz This has bounced back as an unknown email address. Am I right to be suspicious - I would have thought you would make sure the email address in TM was up to date before listing an expensive item. Thoughts ?
