  • I lodged a complaint with Trade Me. I thought the item purchased from this seller was faulty. It turns out the problem was NOT with the device but instead the operator, me. Can one of the helpful staffers at Trade Me please remove this complaint. The item (a wireless keyboard) seemed unable to switch on and pair. Turns out the mistake was mine. Oops. I wondered and my original thinking the fault was with batteries placed in device or device itself. Turns out neither of those was the issue at ALL. Thanks for reading this. Regards, Bryce
