Kia Ora Jenny, This is within the email body which was sent out which does state available to Relists if they were relisted on the promotional day - Callum has provided the Link for the full Terms - This is for free Success Fee's - All other Listing Fees still apply like Ping payment method etc. - Cheers.

Kia Ora Ian, To get to the Member Profiles page manually, On the Desktop site you currently select the word Link 'Community' at the bottom of most TradeMe pages > Select the Members Profile Link from there. I am Locked in to the New Look site for most Desktop pages However from my Won items I can select the 'Desktop site' in fine print at the very bottom of most TradeMe pages - this takes me to the New Look 'My Account' page However if I select Won from the Left hand side banner menu I am taken to my Won items in the Classic (Old) TradeMe site where I can use the Drop down menu in Gary-NZSt...
Kia Ora Chau, TradeMe Staff have requested us Members file our reports through the "Tell us what you think" link on the page you are on at the time you're viewing the issue on the New Look site also as these reports go direct to the correct Team who look into that particular issue and are responsible for enhancements on the site. The Book a Courier issue is one TradeMe are aiming to have resolved early in the New year - in the interim you can use the 'Something else I want to send' option to get your parcels off - Cheers. When a Buyer pays by Ping TradMe send the Seller an email - likewise in the rare occasion a Ping payment is held by TradeMe whilst they seek further info' from the Buyer an email is sent to let you know when there is a hold up. - Check you spam/junk email folders also. - If no email is there from TradeMe ask the Buyer to send you Confirmation of the Ping payment made. TradeMe will occasionally hold a payment whilst they check a New Seller out, if the sum is for a large amount, the Buyer's name doesn't match the card associa...

Kia Ora Lewis, The Q&A section has been tightened to prevent misuse by providing contact info - it will be picking your Post charge up as perhaps a phone entry therefore you are best to spell the sum out in words to get the question answered. - Cheers.
Kia Ora Carey, It may be worth you contacting TradeMe staff again so they can check these emails are being sent Or if for some reason they've been stopped from sending. There was a change of the TradeMe sender email address a few months back which may or may not be causing an issue for you. You can also try adding the Trademe email addresses to your email ‘safe senders list’ Or Whitelist. Reference: Problems receiving Trade Me emails – Help - Trade Me
