Hi, I would like some advice on this situation. A buyer has won 3 of my auctions. They went to pay for them and advised me that their bank is not processing the payment as the "Account name isn't matched, verified or checked against the account number." They sent a snip of part of the payment page with my name, bank account number and the error message which states "Enter a new person or search registered biller. Hi there I used to be able to go into the "Items I'm Selling" page and filter by auctions with bids or unanswered questions. Unless I need to take a visit to spec savers, this facility seems to have gone now. This was a useful feature, does anyone have any work arounds? Cheers

Hi, I have a car listing which has just expired. It is listed as an auction and has free relists. I want to change it to a asking price listing. When I go to relist it, it states "An extra fee may apply" and goes on to state:   "Due to the difference in pricing between "Set an asking price" and "Run an auction", you may be charged an extra fee for switching from one type to another."   How do i know if I am charged a fee? Will I find out at the end and can I just discard the changes if I am not happy with the amount, I once I click onto the next page (description and photos) will it lock in...

Hi trademe community   I brought an item on trademe and had a few things I weren't happy with. They werent as good condition as described and had to pay slightly more for postage. The seller has 100% positive with 1 neutral so I felt this may have been a genuine mistake and I decided not to leave any feedback to ruin their history as I couldnt leave positive or neutral feedback. So I thought I was going crazy, but I dont think its me. When i buy something on trademe using PING, the address is sent. In most cases, I select a different address (a non rural one) than my membership address (which is rural). There's been times when Ive clicked through, sure but not 100% that I clicked the non rural address. Then get a message from the seller asking to pay more or provide a non rural address.
