Also this glitch that is “ you are bidding against yourself” when you know someone has placed a higher bid. This is nuts ! The latest episode had the auction stating “ closed at 7:30” on the watchlist however click onto it and it’s active as in its last 2 mins .. Has this been happening to any one else. I also notice the more I complain about these issues the worse my experience becomes . Could they be putting a hex on my account ? Like giving me the treatment because I m not happy and tell them so. This whole trade me experience is absolutely ridiculous. What do they mean “aware of the glitches , and TRYING to fix it ? The company I work for has occasional glitches, they are usually fixed overnight. Trade me have been trying to fix it for nearly two years and it keeps getting worse. Today the auctions I won don’t have payment instructions included. There a payment summary. (the vendor hasn’t opted for ping) but no payment instructions. The auction closes with a winning bid. The lost auction doesn’t go to my lost list. Or if it does there’s no details of what it sold for. If it closes without a winning bid and disappears into the ether how do I get a fixed price offer or ask for a relist. Is this happening to anyone else ?
