Ok so i sold an item.booked an NZ post courier.The parcel is still here as expected as the online tracking says the normal booking pick up received. Yet when i check tracking via the auction it says oarcel picked up and on its way to the buyer. Seriously? Its still here by my door!!
Absolutely disgusting!! I purchased a superwoman costume. The costume was advertised as great condition. But that is far from reality.Huge black ink stains on sleeves,front of the top,and back and other places.The stains are so noticable its unwearable.The advertised costume pics with sleeves rolled up and other parts carefully hidden intentionally.Now i see why. The size advertised was 10. But it is a size XXXL as the label shows. Also unwearable. The seller does not reply. What can be done? Anything?
Anybody had when creating a listing and the courier options have gone missing..then you must add "will arrange shipping". Your listing then is live and theres no options for watchers or buy not etc..disappeared also. So then need to withdraw listing. Try again and still withdraw another time. Its same on desktop and app. Weird stuff.
So on my listing was the automated $11.43 for NZ Post South Island Courier delivery as per the box size. However when booking it came up as $18 the cheapest NZ Post option. Yes the box is the same one.It is not a rural address as Both I and the buyer checked with NZ Post. So I had no option but to pay the extra as the automated options available. You have ripped me off.please refund the difference.
