    Hi Grant your best option would be to use the Live Chat option which will allow you to talk directly with a actual person from Trade Me Customer Support just click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page or click on the link I have added below wait a few seconds and a blue circle will appear bottom right of the screen click on that and the Trade Me Support Bot Tautoko will appear to quickly talk with a person rather than going through the list of automated Bot responses type in the message box “talk to a person” you will then be required to enter a few personal details after which ...

    I see you say you have a new phone have you gone into the phones settings section and selected notifications scroll down to Trade Me and make sure the push notifications option is turned on there. I believe if it’s not turned on in your phone settings you won’t receive any notifications on your phone from the Trade Me app when the app is not open.

    Robin if you click on the notifications section at the bottom of the screen on the Trade Me app does anything appear there? The notifications and messages sections are different so you need to click on the notifications section to view any notifications. When a new notification is there you will see a red number on the notification section indicating how many new unread notifications you have.

    Hi Robin check your notification settings using the settings option on Trade Me app to make sure the required options have been checked in case something there has changed. You can also set up your account to get a range of email notifications from Trade Me if using the desktop site here https://www.trademe.co.nz/MyTradeMe/EmailOptions.aspx

    Hi Larisa Trade Me have had long delays in resolving disputes recently due to a large backlog of unresolved disputes and they have failed to keep people properly informed of the progress of their dispute which they have acknowledged in a official comment here recently.
