Hi T, You can set up to have your parcel go to either a NZ Post outlet or to a Woolworths store. Check out here: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/personal/receiving/delivery-options/collect-my-parcel
Hi Jennie, Does your Inbox on your hotmail account not have 2 inboxes? Because the ones that have hotmail.com have a "Focused" inbox and an "Other" inbox. The "focused" inbox is mainly for general emails, but the "other" inbox is mainly for emails advertising something. Yet the hotmail account ending in hotmail.co.nz doesn't.
NZ Post were having problems last week in picking up parcels, and sending parcels to and from Auckland. I only found out after looking up their delivery page....something to do with unplanned maintenance. A parcel to a client across Auckland took 3 working days by courier post, when usually it's targeted overnight.
In previous 2 weeks, I've had no sales at all! Very unusual. This week have sold 5 books. I think my books are rather cheap compared to the big book sellers, but maybe buyers are put off by buying, due to a NZ book store having problems with their books not arriving from Oz.
Me too, Danny. Seems everyone is feeling the pinch.
I have this problem every time I sign in. Like Sharmain, the other day it was 9 times to sign in...even though I clear my cookies daily. I've updated google too. I even try to sign in on microsoft edge. In frustration, I just leave it for an hour or two. Iuse the desktop. I won't click on any email.
Having worked for NZ Post for 25 years, other courier companies besides courier post didn't have access to po boxes or private bags. The only access agreement was for letters.
Unfortunately, if it has dragged on this long, NZ Post aren't going to pay out as the item sent was prohibited, but then under the restricted list, they can be sent - see below: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/personal/sending-in-nz/restricted-prohibited-items#restricted-items Because the package arrived broken, obviously wouldn't have survived a 1.2m drop - and that's one of the conditions in sending a painting. Was the parcel sent by courier post or just by parcel post? If the parcel was sent by parcel post, the seller's not going to get anything as the painting was worth more than $250. I wo...
