Kia ora Carolyn, you can use Book a courier to get estimates which you can then add to your listing (via editing it if it is already live) as specific costs instead of using the 'to be arranged' option if you prefer. You'll need to enter an address of some kind to generate estimates and you can then cancel the process rather than proceeding with a booking. Calculate courier costs while creating a listing is unavailable for some listings while we upgrade some of our systems in the background, and this is a workaround in the meantime.
Kia ora Adrian, S and Callum are correct here – your listing was created and live, it's just that you see different options as the seller as to what prospective buyers see. For adding shipping costs to your listing, the calculate courier costs feature is unavailable on some listings at the moment but you can still use Book a courier to check prices and ship the goods once sold.
Kia ora everyone, we will occasionally require additional authentication as part of keeping Trade Me a safe and trusted marketplace. You’ll need to complete the authentication using the code that was sent to your email address to log in. This should only happen in some instances (like when you log in on a new device for example). If you're still having trouble logging in, feel free to get in touch with the team over chat.
Kia ora Francis, to find the refund option you'll want to go to your Sold items. Then, instead of clicking into the listing, click the 'Payment details and refunds' link on the right hand side. This will bring up the Afterpay payment details and option to refund. Here's a screenshot of the link you're after: I've removed the screenshots you posted because they included details of the trade and contact information, which is against our Community Guidelines.
Kia ora everyone, sorry about the trouble here - our tech team are aware of the issue and working hard to get things fixed up as soon as possible. We'll keep everyone posted on our site announcement here, and will be extending affected auctions.
Hi Beverly, sorry to read about the experience you've had. If the trades didn't go through you can definitely get the success fees back - you can apply for success fee refunds via your sold items page. Check out this Help page for further instructions.
