Kia ora Andy, sorry for the trouble, this was caused by a Samsung update that disables notification categories.No worries, there is a workaround: On your Samsung device, go to 'Settings' > 'Notifications' > 'Advanced Settings' Scroll to the bottom and toggle on 'Manage Notification Categories For Each App' In your Trade Me app, go to 'My Trade Me' > 'Profile & Account' > 'Settings' > 'Notifications' > 'Receiving xy out of xy notifications' Toggle on/off individual notifications
Kia ora Daniel, depending on how long it's been since you paid the seller may not have seen it or has missed your emails. It's easy for the seller to refund you via Ping. If you don't hear from the seller get in touch with us with the listing number and evidence of the bank payment, so the team can look into it. If you don't hear from the seller and haven't received the item or a refund you can file a dispute report.

Kia ora Willie, I can see you've ben in touch, you'll need help from the team with this. If we can't move a listing and need to withdraw it so that you can create a new one in the right category, we'll refund the fees. I recommend that you save a copy of your listing details to a doc while its live / before we withdraw it for you, just in case, to save you writing it all out again.
Kia ora John, Callum is right, while we're upgrading some features aren't available on certain listings. In the meantime, you’ll need to relist instead. Watchers will be notified it’s back up for grabs provided they’re opted in for these emails in their preferences. At this stage Tony, you can add a Buy now when creating a listing via our new system, but not when editing or relisting. You can withdraw your current listing and create a new one from scratch with a Buy Now, then get in touch with us on live chat and we can refund your withdrawal fee so you're not out of pocket.

Alternatively, you can search the listing number and it'll bring up the listing for you.
