Kia ora Pam, are you looking to send a fixed price offer or use 'Make an Offer'? If you're wanting to either accept or make an offer these are only valid for 24 hours. You can choose as the seller to accept or decline an offer. If the offer has expired and it's for an item you're selling you can put a seller comment on your listing asking the person who offered to make another one, or change the buy now price if the offer was one you were happy to accept. Fixed price offers are not currently available for some listings while we are making changes to the site.
Kia ora Eric, are you using the desktop site or one of the apps? If using the app try the desktop and vice versa. If the problem is just on the app check that it is running the latest version, if it is try deleting the app and reinstalling it so it starts from fresh. If the problem is with the desktop site try a different browser, also try these troubleshooting tips for clearing cookies and cache.
Kia ora Lyn, sorry for the frustration. For some listings there isn't the ability to delete them from My Trade Me. Adding more product to the listing seems unusual though, this sounds like something we need to look into. Can you get in touch with the team (blue bubble, bottom right) and give us a listing number as an example and screenshots too if you can. If you get stuck with the bot type "talk to a person".
