buyer notified me stating when she received picture mirror, it was damaged which occured in transit, she said my packing was good and i always ensure to pack well with appropriate fragile stickers.The mirror has shatted and because i a arranged courier i should give her a full refund back as it arrived in damaged condition, i dont feel i am obliged to do that, however i did say i will submit a complaint with courier, any suggestions thanks
