Why is it taking so, so long to fix these issues. This success fee one has been going on for weeks. Yet the my products issue with the ampersand was looked at and done within a day. No wonder people keep asking the same questions on the message board over and over again for missing functionality.
And here's something interesting. In the trade me help pages it says this. To receive payment via Ping, select it as a payment option when starting a listing. I vote we go back to selecting it ourselves and it would reduce the complaints about it being missed as pre-filled.
Agree we should be able to select the options such as ping and now, make on offer as well, instead of having to carefully check every little box to see if it not been pre-filled first. There have been many posts here about people missing this. It has caused members to be charged fees they did not want to incur or have to deal with an offer system they did not want to be part of. We have to be careful to catch these changes now as they often happen without us knowing. It makes listing more difficult and more scope for complaints. Hi Riki. If you go to the help pages, selling and fees in the menu bar at the top of this page you will find what you need. The fees for different types of property listings are there. Hi Shane. As S has said above. Messaging is going. Q & A is remaining. They are two totally different things. Q & A has been on trade me since it began and is staying because it's very necessary. Messaging via the apps was introduced only few years ago, not used by everyone and is going. So you don't have to worry about not getting questions :)
Ebay are also pretty quick to sort out refunds for non delivery or faulty goods if the seller doesn't sort it quickly. Perhaps if the timeline was shorter sellers who do this would front up in a more timely manner. Having faith in buyer protection is a big part of continuing trading. And waiting more than a couple of weeks just is too much. Hope TM can sort this.
Hi Andrew. Unfortunately from the help page info, see below, it cannot be changed. Perhaps you could shorten the time on the listing to start a new one. Then you won't incur a withdrawal fee. Hi Samantha. Just go to the post, make sure you are logged in and hit the big blue Unfollow box. If you are having trouble finding them track it back from your inbox to find and unfollow them. :)
Hi Maria. Do you have the Edit box top of the page on your unsolds? If you do and you click on that you will get further options including multiple relist and multiple delete.
