I ask that all purchases are paid for before pick up - which enables me to leave parcels for collection in our letterbox. I gave up on waiting for people to arrive at a given time a long time ago. . I do NOT accept cash payments.

Seems to me to be rather contrary to charge your "in-trade" sellers a  larger amount in commission than your occasional users.  I have had a lifetime experience in selling livestock - imagine the outroar if full-time farmers had to pay more commission than the lifestyle dweller and then to add insult to injury were charged a percentage of the transport cost as well - they simply wouldn't tolerate it. The only one that wins as postage increases in price is Trade Me,  No wonder so many "in-trade" sellers fail to put postage costs - stating postage to be advised.

Go right down to the bottom of the page - click on Contact Us - go to blue balloon on right hand side of page - click on it and you should be able to talk to someone. Type in 'talk to human' otherwise it'll be a bot.

That should have only happened if it hadn't reached the reserve? Suggest you ask Trade Me what has happened.

I have noticed that sometimes it is really, really slow, I have blamed it on our internet connection and perhaps the fact that I have a lot of products for it to search through?

A similar thing was reported to me by someone attempting to bid on one of my listings. I sent Trade Me screenshots from her email and they were looking into it. Maybe not an isolated incident?

Can anyone please explain to me why a member was not able to bid on one of my auctions last night. Apparently, she was told that she was bidding against herself, then she was logged out of the site? What on earth is going on? Is this what we are paying fees for?

Oh well, that saves me trying that. :)
