Kia ora Phil. Sorry to read about the issue that you came up against yesterday when trying to book that courier. I'm pleased things went more smoothly today. If you notice this happening again, please get in touch on chat so an agent can take a look into things for you. Sometimes there can be a quick adjustment to get things off the ground; other times there might be an issue on our end or with our courier partners. Thanks so much for the update. 😊
Kia ora Jacqueline. To echo Callum and L, there is no time when we would expect you to give your private card information to any trader - in the USA or anywhere else. Please feel free to get in touch with our team on chat so we can look into what's going on here.
Kia ora team. The edit led the system to detect a word combination that our filter looks for, Flossy. So that's why it went into pending status. The other instances where it tends to happen (as S experiences from time to time ☺️) is when the filter thinks a comment is spam (for example if it contains a link or a list of some sort) and it goes to a different holding pen for review, so a few different things at play there! I continue to train it by approving those comments and we also have a case with our provider to look into why that seems to happen when something is clearly not spammy. In ...
Hi Silvia, I can see you contacted us and that we have all the details there from the chat. Looks like the agent replied to confirm they're looking into whether this is part of a bug, or an app/device issue. You should hear back directly from them. Thanks 😊
Kia ora Silvia. I'm sorry you had that experience on chat. The confusion may have arisen because there is a different issue that some users are experiencing when adding photos to listings which is a bug; whereas this problem does appear to be device/media app specific (as far as I'm aware). It's worth getting in touch to let us know if you're encountering this so we can offer some troubleshooting tips or to determine if it is in fact a different issue.
Kia ora Julie. Because you withdrew that listing within an hour, the $69 fee was refunded right away. If you start a new listing at the correct price, you will only be paying for that one. Feel free to get in touch using chat if you need a hand with that.
