Reminder for sellers, Do not put tracking numbers in feedback, for Security Reasons,
Once again I have had to filed a dispute to get tracking number removed out of a feedback, which I received last night,
for item I purchased yesterday, It has been removed this morning, Thank you Trade Me,
so many scenarios of things that can happen when others seeing it,
Please sellers do not put tracking numbers in Feedback, E-Mail it to your buyers, but on desktop and in my Products there is a facility to add tracking number to your sold auctions, so link on buyers won auctions to track, Please use it if you are able, for your own reference and buyers reference, feedback is not the place to safely keep it as a seller,
In My Products sold, can add tracking number if you do not use the Trade Me book a courier,

Think about it, as it is known some sellers get stalked, others know where you live from pick up days, or they have brought from you and have senders address off your parcel?,
so therefore they know your address know your tracking number, how easy is it to get parcel redirected to a bogus address where they can pick it up from?, or may live nearby watch the tracking as know when you are at work etc. so no one home?,
Personally, I care about others not only myself, it is not problem for me, and I do not want it to become a problem,
why are so many parcels getting stolen from Letterboxes etc. are they being watched?, you never know, but there are so many scams going on now, everyone must take precautions,
After hearing some stories, I do not even put my name or street number, only street name as sender on my parcels anymore, they get blacked out, never give out my phone number either?, I send via Book a courier, so if there is a problem, couriers have contact details from when you made the booking online, they only need to look up tracking number and have details if needed, as one of my sent parcels was damaged back last year never delivered, they E-Mailed me?, buyer had not even noticed they had not received it,
Trade Me even disapprove of Tracking numbers getting put into Feedback, that is why there no issue getting them removed,
If Book a courier is used a link to track is sent via a Trade Me E-Mail, not the Couriers, and those tracking numbers automatically show on your sold and buyers won auctions as a link to track, no need to manually send in an E-Mail or no need to place in feedbacks,

Why is this a problem for you Flossy63? As a buyer we have no issue with sellers streamlining the process and putting the tracking number into feedback. If using the BAC function the buyers should be notified by the carrier anyway.
