Callum Community SuperuserThere are a few hoops to jump through for your first Ping sale. You first need to verify your bank account you want the money paid into. Trade Me will send a 0.1c deposit to your account with a code. Have you already completed that step?

The money should be showing in your Ping Transactions | Trade Me - you need to be logged in to view this. - If the money isn't there Don't send any items yet - TradeMe may be verifying the Transaction from your Buyer. - If no money shows in there by tomorrow you can contact TM staff through "Live Chat" for assistance in where this is at - Cheers.

You are good to send the item(s) once the money shows in that transactions.
You can keep the money in your Ping account to pay for future purchases on-site or Top up your TradeMe account Otherwise you can set up Automatic or Manual Ping transfers out to your Bank account which it sounds like you may have done.
Once your bank account is setup for the Transfer TradeMe will credit your Bank account with $.01cent - a 4 digit code will be placed with this - Keep an eye on your Emails for one from TM Trust & Safety Team requesting the code - Reply to that email with the code which verifies to TM they have the correct Bank account for your Ping deposits - Your transferred payment amount(s) will be made following that.Trust & Safety may also email you for ID verification if your TradeMe name differs from your Bank account name - Cheers.0
