Why isn't your suburb and delivery address shown by default?

Don't know if this just happens when you list using the IOS app, but I find it irritating to re-enter what my suburb for pickup is each time I make a new listing. I often forget to do it and then get the inevitable 'Where in Auckland is pickup? question. And for some dumb reason you can't change from 'suburb unspecified' to show it after there has been a bid.

Same with delivery address. A waste of time having to wait for an email, then manually enter it to get a quote, and put up with addresses that don't come up or have too many characters to fit. Just make them both the default and allow people to edit it if they want (e.g. with a 'change' or opt out button). I just can't see how anyone would be disadvantaged by making these changes.
