How can I find all unanswered questions for my current listings
I recently listed some auctions after a bit of a break. You used to be able to use the drop down box to see if you had questions but that doesnt appear to be available anymore. How do you check if any of your auctions have questions without having to check each auction? I dont like the new formatting & layout. The customer service is almost non exitance e.g. person to person. Tried to resolve an issue with a buyer and there is no phone number, the email appears to be automated and takes days and then they dont answer the question properly, just what they chose to answer. For a multi-million dollar company its appalling. They then ask for feedback & when you give it, they just ignore it. Sorry, needed to rant.

Go to your 'current auctions' go to filter on the right hand side of page and 'pull down' unanswered questions.

Yvonne, that option is only on the old desktop site and seems in the last week Trademe have moved a lot of members to the new site where that filter is not an option. The only work around for now is to go to the Desktop site using the link on the new site page if you've been affected like this, or to follow the link in the email Trademe send when a question is asked.

To answer the second part of your Post,
To contact a TradeMe staff member for person to person assistance you go through the "Live Chat" facility - If you select the Contact us Link at the bottom of any TM page the Chat Tab will Pop up in blue at the bottom right of your landing page screen, there may be a slight delay in this appearing.
Enter in the Chat bot which comes up once the Chat icon is selected - Talk to person - you will be taken to entering your details before arriving at the window to Chat with a Real Person/Staff.The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 9:30:am - 5:00pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmA message can be left in the Chat window Afterhours & a Staff Member will make contact via Email on return to business - Cheers.0
