S Community SuperuserEditedKia Ora robyn,This could be dependable on what you have Listed that you are attempting to Edit - Different Listing Types have different allowable Editing Fields, whether bids have been made & the Reserve has been met and some Listings, like Motors, can only be Edited through the Desktop site. - Motor Listings can only be Edited in the first 7 days of Listing - Refer to the Help section Editing a live listing to determine what, when & how you are able to Edit your Listing for your particular item.If you should be able to Edit your Listing ensure you are running the latest up to date App/Browser version - If Yes! then try after clearing your Cookies & Cache - Cheers.0

Hi Robyn. Guinea Pigs are treated as a Classified Ad. To a large extent these can't be edited, especially if it has already been live for 7 days. The reason being people could otherwise just keep reusing the same ad to sell multiple pets.
If the error is drastic you can withdraw and relist, then seek a refund from Trade Me for your $9 fee. I think it is best to first inform them to be sure that can happen.

Hello Alamein. Is this also a Guinea Pig listing? As mentioned previously, after 7 days you can't make changes.

No my listing is Shih Tzu puppies.

So you’re saying I need to start all over again as a new listing and lose all the ones on the watch list?

According to the help file, yes. However double check you are trying to edit it on a computer (or desktop version of the website if you are using a phone or device)

Kia Ora Alamein (Ally),
If you only want to lower the price of the pups it may be worth contacting a TradeMe staff member via their "Live Chat" facility, a Staff member may have access to change the price field for you if you can't edit this field on relisting your Ad and have to withdraw the Listing just to create a New Listing with the Lower price - If they don't have access to change the price field for you a Staff member may be able to assist you toward the fees of creating the New Listing so you only pay for your Listing once therefore it is worth checking what your options are here - Cheers.
