why am I not receiving notifications of sale?
I used to receive notification from trademe if an item of mine was sold.
It appears that is not happening now.
Why?
I lost a sale,recent, because I didnt know it had sold;supposedly buyer emailed me which I didnt receive.That is strange in itself.
For now,I am checking if trademe are supposedly still notifying buyers if sale happens.
Please advise.

Callum Community SuperuserHi jewel. Yes, Trade Me notify you of a sale. First of all have a read through the help file for this issue. When you say that you didn't get your buyers email either that's sounding like it could be a problem with something at your end.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserAnother trick to check if you are getting emails from Trademe is to look at a listing, use the Share - Email link on the auction and email it to yourself. I quite often do this rather than putting on my watchlist.
