Sold but no communication from buyer

How long has it been since the Listing closed? - TradeMe allow Members 2 days to make contact & 7 days to complete payment. - If this was purchased a few days back have you checked your spam/junk folder incase their email went there? - If you had messages enabled it would pay to check there also - this is a common mis-connect between Buyers & Sellers. - The next step would be to place a friendly feedback letting them know you have emailed several times, please check their spam/junk folder & make contact with you. - feedback can be changed after the Trade is sorted though only the once.

 

If you hear nothing after the 7 days apply for your success fee refund which initiates an email from TradeMe to your Buyer, asking if they intend to complete the Trade - TradeMe will either refund your success fee within 3 days so you can relist the item(s) or you will hear from your Buyer. - All the Best - Cheers.
