Buyer taking way too long to complete trade
A buyer has bought several auctions off me dating back to early February payment was slow but i was happy to wait she asked for shipping cost and then she purchased more trades from me i boxed it all up and sent several emails about shipping costs this trader is full of promises as when to pay for the shipping all the items have been paid for and i just want to get it posted off to her. We are now into April and i still have the parcel she asks the same question every email "Can you find a box to put it all in" and i reply i have already done this i have placed negative feedback on her and blacklisted so she does not purchase anymore from me but as the trades were so old i could only manage to place feedback on 5 of them i don't know what else i can do

This sounds like a matter of canceling the Trades, refunding your Buyer, Applying for your Success fee refunds and relisting your items.
A basic email to your Buyer stating Yes! items are in a box - Shipping cost to pay is $x.xx by (give date of choice) Or the Trades will be cancelled and Items relisted.

flossy63 Community SuperuserEditedSounds like someone I have traded with in the past, I ended up blacklisting to stop her buying more, as buying in drips and drabs, and no communication at times,Now have on my auctions this.All must be completed within 7 days from first won item for combining, sorry I will no longer extend this time frame.Some will just take advantage and muck you around, So now I can just cut them off pack their parcel and total to pay,(It has now been 7 days since you won your 1st Item, I have not heard from you, Your parcel has now been packed & no more can be added, Your Combined shipping is ???, Total to pay is ??? with screen shot of won items in Excel sheet)Give one more try, if no luck cancel the trades, and if you cannot get their bank account number to refund,Ring up your bank and ask them to send payment or payments back to account it came from,once it has been refunded, relist, and because some are so old contact Trade Me about getting fees refunded,as it is way past cut off, you may have missed out on your fees,1

Yes, as S has said get all the success fees back that you can. And....blacklist the trader. Enough of this sort of behaviour on TM.
Give the appropriate feedback and have a good read in TMs terms as to the time in which they expect trades to be completed. One week for payment! Follow those guidelines and I really hope it helps resolve these sorts of issues.

thanks, everyone for all your advice the trader emailed today and asked if $30 is ok for shipping i said no ive already told you its $66 ...honestly people

Brenda, is the buyer actually replying to your emails ie you can see what you first wrote in the emails, or are they simply emailing you each time and seemingly not replying to what you have said? Could be your emails to them are ending up in spam or something. Anyhow, seems like far too much time has gone by so things need to be cancelled and move on. Very frustrating.

he is replying to my emails its just so frustrating i refuse to refund her not that she has asked for that i will just put the parceled-up box away until shipping is paid for im having triple bypass this month which i told her and just want the parcel gone.

I wondered where you'd gone Lol. I have noted alot of us are going into Pending atmo' for No clear reason & get suprised as and in what order Comments Pop up when cleared - it's not just you this is happening to 😊

Kia ora team. The edit led the system to detect a word combination that our filter looks for, Flossy. So that's why it went into pending status. The other instances where it tends to happen (as S experiences from time to time ☺️) is when the filter thinks a comment is spam (for example if it contains a link or a list of some sort) and it goes to a different holding pen for review, so a few different things at play there! I continue to train it by approving those comments and we also have a case with our provider to look into why that seems to happen when something is clearly not spammy. In the meantime, I do what I can to release content in a timely way. Sorry for any confusion that has caused. 😊

In the Tests I've performed I've also noted there is a simple line or character space between paragraphs or words which can send the Comment into Pending also - will try & send some examples for you as/when this is happening 😊

It sounds like your Buyer isn't up with the latest shipping fee increases - perhaps a screenshot of how the $66. accrued may help her with this along with a pic of the packed box.
Unfortunately the longer this plays out your Buyer may pull out of the Trade in which case you do have to refund them in full - should this happen you may lose the ability to apply for your success fee refunds, allowing this to drag on. - Providing a Pay by date along with your screenshots is perhaps your better option to get this wrapped up so you can move on.
You can also contact TradeMe staff for assistance in emailing your Buyer to help with getting this finalised - Normally this is done through applying for your Success Fee Refunds which generates the initial email to your Buyer. The following contains the link to the form to fill out for TradeMe's assistance, at the bottom of the page, which allows you to add all details including the Trades which have fallen beyond the 45 day criteria & the chance to stipulate you are not looking to refund though you would like some help in progressing this to closure.

I’m having issues with a trader buying multiple items, paying for the cheapest twice and promising to pay money today but as all of this is in trade me messages there are no dates assigned to the comment only the time. Trade me please can you fix this?
