Won items - Plastic flowers purchase

So sounds like you have paid by Ping then Roger since you mention Visa, in which case there will be a transaction in your Ping account under your My Trademe page. Unfortunately there is no link to the listing in your Ping account, but if the details are there, you can contact Trademe and ask them to see what's going on. You should be able to get back to the listing you bought by looking at your recently viewed page on here too, and there may be more detail on the listing page once you find it.

Kia ora Roger. If you click here while logged in, you will see the closed listing and confirmation of your purchase. I see what you mean - although your purchase is confirmed, it isn't in your Won items. I'll get that investigated right away. 

Edit - Roger, is there any possibility that you unintentionally deleted the item from your Won items? I can't see any other reason for it not being there, nor any other users reporting this as an issue recently.
