No selling happened as I had a change of heart in selling my listed product

Kia Ora.
I was charged for $117 already but my buyer and I know that no actual selling happened. He offered to buy my item but I had a change of heart.
How can I get that balance removed from my account?

Callum Community SuperuserHello Roquella. To request a fee refund follow these instructions from the help file.
Hopefully your buyer is happy with no longer being able to buy the item. Technically a contract has been formed and you do have to sell it to him/her if they want to continue.
