I'm getting a few Buyer to pick-up or make arrangements directly with the seller in the Buyers Delivery Address email
I have delivery costs itemised & no pick-up checked in my listings.
This is one I got tonight. It's really annoying. Are the buyers selecting something wrong or is this a TM problem? They have selected the right delivery option so do not then send their address ( I have no pick-up checked).

This is a known Trade Me Glitch, it happens randomly, I get them too,
it has been happening for nearly 12 months and still not fixed?, I do not allow Pick ups either,
I have contacted Trade me about this previously on several occasions,
my latest one was only last week, Shipping was selected,

Have you contacted Trade me yourself and reported the issue?,
use chat and talk to person and supply a screen shot like I have here and raise the issue there,
the more members that contact Trade me and complain, will move the issue up the list faster to be action-ed & fixed,
Instead of just complaining here on the message board you need to be more proactive yourself,
otherwise nothing will get fixed,

I have just raised this yet again with Trade Me, I have had 2 within 12 hours, It has been 12 months and still not fixed, an ongoing issue, even a buyer had some issue from one of her buyers yesterday,
things are just not straight forward, chasing up addresses when I should be booking the courier,

Good on you for checking this with us - this is actually a ‘bug’ in the system that we're aware of and our tech team is currently working hard to get it fixed up as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience with this - fingers crossed our Teach team will have a fix for this soon. Now that you've supplied us with more info they should have more data to work with so thank you for getting in touch and letting us know.

Today I reported the same issue with Trade Me as I am also receiving a couple daily for the past 12 months. I sent them a copy of one of the Buyers address (or non address) as an example. This is the same as the example in the above post
Here is their response. They are taking no responsibility!
Sorry to hear about the trouble you've had here - It looks like the buyer has accidentally sent the instructions that aren't filled out fully. If this happens the best thing to do is to get in touch with the buyer directly to ask them for their address. I can see that your listing definitely has no ups in the listing description.

flossy63 Community SuperuserThat is the battle I had last year when I first came across it, some staffers do not understand the issue?, so keep persuing on chat until you get a member that listens, and understands the issues,Found some staffers do not have enough knowledge when it actually comes to physically buying and selling on the site,and just do not understand the issues we have, the problems, scenarios etc.they don't get the buyer to pick up bit, when I don't allow pickups?, and buyer has clearly selected the shipping option?,0

I replied to the comment Trade Me sent including the reply Flossie63 received. Another email was received requesting the link to this page so they can have a look and follow it up. Fingers crossed we have a resolution soon :)

Have not heard any more from Trade Me regarding this problem. I have had 7 today. that's more than half of the addresses I received had this error. There are still two from 10 days ago who have not replied to my emails so their items are still here. It is getting worse!

I think TMs staff has been parred down to an actual skeleton!
I have had several more of these & also a buyer who paid late with no reference # who through me under the bus when I applied for a fees refund! I had no right of reply & in addition this TM error. Arrgh
Trademe auctions have been slow to close & I been charged HVL fees. Which their chat bots don't know about. I left a msg there in chat for when there staffers there to get back to me & to credit the overcharge but that never happened.
