Address of buyer not sent

I sold item to buyer who paid promptly however has not sent me his address to post the goods.
I have e mailed them twice to request that they send their address but have heard nothing.
What should I do now?

I’ve had this happen about three times in the last month, either they don’t send or send via trade me and the address details are blank!
If they don’t respond to emails within 3/4 days as a last resort I post feedback (usually negative to get their attention) asking for address, asking for them to check emails including junk!0 -

Is there any chance you have the App & you may be able to contact your Buyer through messaging Or your Buyer may have messaged you perhaps? - this is a common mis-connection with Trades.When did the Listing close? - You can try placing a Feedback letting them know you have sent emails requesting their address, - please check your spam/junk folder and forward me your address so I can ensure prompt shipping - If you have no response after a couple of days you can Apply for your Success fee refund & TM will initiate a letter to your Buyer also in the hopes to sort this for you - All the Best - Cheers.0 -
flossy63 Community SuperuserYou shouldn't post negative feedback, that may upset buyer to point they may retaliate,
just post neutral with a note asking for address as no response to your E-Mails
& you will edit it when trade has been completed,
