PING the possible source of credit card fraud following a purchase?
Twice straight after I've made Ping purchase, my credit card details have been used for a fraudulent purchase. I don't know where the 'weakness' lies in the system, but EASYSAVETODAY.COM is the website that ends up getting my deets and stealing money from my credit card with fake purchases. BEWARE! I'm getting my third credit card.... :-(

Kia ora Howard,
This website doesn't seem to be related to Trade Me; I highly doubt this issue stems from Ping.
I would recommend contacting your bank via the number on the back of the credit card and letting them know about the continued unexplained charges - they would be your best people to contact.

If you are entering your credit card details when you make the purchase, then I would check the device you are using as it may have been hacked and have a keystroke recorder or other trojan capturing the details you are putting in installed unbeknownst to you. You may need to run in depth antivirus/threat detection checks on your device(s) and change devices you use for purchases.

We had 6 x fraudulent transactions on our Visa card today/ overnight, all labelled 'Trademe ping'. Our bank has asked us to inform you. How do we do that please?
